What we do
The Boston Dream Soccer Association is a nonprofit organization founded in 2020 to foster leadership development for women and girls. The Dream offers soccer players education and training in leadership, coaching and career development, and connects these women to opportunities and young players throughout New England via community-based initiatives.
In the two years during the pandemic...
In 2020-21, the Boston Dream provided Grassroots Coaching Course Scholarships, two Leadership Seminars through Enjoy Life Education and X Factor Performance, plus ran through a Coaching with Heart workshop with Athlete Ally with over 50 women impacted.
How'd we do in 2022?
In 2022, the Boston Dream saw tremendous growth with hundreds of women and girls involved. From the First Boston Women's Soccer Summit, an Enjoy Life Leadership Seminar, providing scholarships for Coaching Courses, working with kids from Boston Scores, South End Soccer, and Soccer without Borders, Q&A and Mentoring sessions for IMPACT NPL club players, plus playing games against D1 and D3 college teams, in addition to matches against UWS and WPSL teams, it was a great foundation to build on. Onto 2023 for even more! #DreamOn
