The Boston Dream Soccer Association is a nonprofit organization founded in 2020 to foster leadership development for women and girls. The Dream offers soccer players education and training in leadership, coaching and career development, and connects these women to opportunities and young players throughout New England via community-based initiatives.
In 2020-21, the Boston Dream provided Grassroots Coaching Course Scholarships, two Leadership Seminars through Enjoy Life Education and X Factor Performance, plus ran through a Coaching with Heart workshop with Athlete Ally with over 50 women impacted.
In 2022, we hope to impact 10x as many women and girls. Will you help us reach that goal?
Start with a Leadership Seminar led by Enjoy Life Education in late May, then work online with Athlete Ally to Coach with Heart, and wrap up in early June with a USSF Grassroots Diploma hosted by Mass Youth Soccer!
Time to give back and network! The Dream will connect you with multiple Soccer Based Charities like Boston Scores, the Ucal Breakaway Foundation, Hidden Gems, Soccer Without Borders, the MIAA Summer Leadership Conference, and Beyond Soccer Lawrence. Pick when and where you can help! Then, build a professional network with women from the Eastern Mass Women's Soccer League and others through LinkedIn. Finally, wrap it all up by supporting soccer on and off the field with the American Outlaws Boston Chapter.
After being educated with Leadership, Coaching with Heart, and a USSF Grassroots Coaching Diploma, be connected to paid opportunities through the Kristine Lilly Soccer Academy, Summit Soccer, Foley Athletic Advising, and Upper90 Soccer Academy. Then, take it to the next level and become a club coach by being connected to the New England Premiership member clubs. Also, be a mentor to an aspiring college student-athlete through the Eastern Mass Girls Soccer Coaches Association.
